A listing is wrong
A wrong price, an out-of-date status, a bad link, or a facility that has already sold. Include the listing URL. We transcribe what a source publishes, so if the source is wrong we will correct our copy and tell you what we found.

If you are the owner, the broker, or represent either, send the listing URL and how you are connected to the property. We will take it down while we check, not after.
Request removalCredits and billing
Questions about credits, a Pro subscription, a refund or a charge you do not recognise. Include the email on the account. Never send card details by email — we will not ask for them, and we cannot see them.
Ask about billingBrokers and sellers
Claiming a listing you represent, correcting how your firm is credited, or asking about a feed. To list a single property yourself, the submission form is faster.

- · We do not broker sales, represent buyers or sellers, or pass your details to a broker. Contacting a broker is something you do yourself, using the source listing.
- · We cannot confirm a property's financials. Figures are transcribed from the source listing as published; verify them with the broker, your lender and your accountant.
