What these properties actually list for

Asking prices and cap rates for self-storage facilities, RV parks and laundromats currently for sale in the United States. Computed from 758 live listings across 50 states, updated hourly. Last recomputed September 7, 2026.

These are asking prices from public broker listings, not closed sale prices. A median is used rather than an average because a single $29M resort would drag the average far away from what a buyer of a typical park is actually looking at.

By asset type

Asset typeListingsMedian askingMiddle 50%Median cap rate
RV parks and campgrounds598$799,998(589 priced)$187,000$1.90M8.80%
Self-storage facilities142$1.64M(84 priced)$749,875$3.05M9.00%(only 1 disclosed — not a market rate)
Laundromats18$507,000$327,500$873,000none disclosed

Most brokers in these asset classes do not publish a cap rate at all. Where the count is small we show it rather than hide it, because a median drawn from a handful of listings is a sample, not a benchmark.

Where these numbers come from

Every figure is computed from listings we aggregate from public broker pages and owner submissions, refreshed nightly. We do not scrape LoopNet, Crexi, BizBuySell or CoStar, so this reflects the publicly listed market rather than every deal in existence. See where our data comes from for the full source list, and the deal analyzer to run these numbers against a specific property.
