UnitListed is an information service operated by Aevorn LLC. We are not a real estate broker, agent, lender or investment adviser. Nothing on this site is investment, legal, tax or financial advice. The deal analyzer performs arithmetic on figures you enter; its output is not an appraisal, a valuation or a loan quote.
Listing accuracy
Listings are aggregated from public broker pages, marketplaces that permit it, and owner submissions. Figures may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date at the source, and a cap rate shown as "implied" was calculated by us from NOI and asking price rather than quoted by the broker. Verify every material fact with the listing broker before you transact. We disclaim liability for decisions made on the basis of information shown here.
Credits and payments
Credits do not expire. One credit unlocks the broker contact details for one listing, permanently, for your account. If a credit unlocks a listing that turns out to have no usable contact details, we refund that credit automatically. Pro subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time; access runs to the end of the paid period.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape, resell or bulk-export the listing data or broker contact details. Contact details are provided so you can enquire about a specific property, not so you can build a marketing list. We rate-limit and may suspend accounts that do either.
Removal requests
If you are a site owner or broker and would prefer your listings were not indexed, contact us and we will remove them and stop crawling the source. We honour robots.txt and do not crawl sources whose terms forbid it.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
