Do credits expire?: No. Buy them once and use them whenever you like. We think expiring credits are a way of charging people for nothing.
What does one credit actually buy?: The broker name, firm, phone and email for one listing, plus a direct link to the original listing page. Once you unlock a listing it stays unlocked for your account forever.
Is the listing data free to browse?: Yes. Every listing, filter, the map and the deal analyzer are free and always will be. We only charge for contact details.
Where does the data come from?: Public broker listing pages, marketplaces that permit aggregation, and owner submissions. We do not scrape LoopNet or Crexi, whose terms forbid it.
Can I get a refund?: If a credit unlocks a listing with no usable contact details, we refund that credit automatically. For anything else, email us.
