What we collect
Your email address, which is how you sign in and how we send the alerts you ask for. Your saved searches, and which listings you have unlocked. A one-way hash of your IP address, used only for rate limiting: we do not store raw IP addresses.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we run no third-party advertising or tracking scripts. There is no password to leak, because we do not use passwords: sign-in links are stored only as a one-way hash, so a copy of our database cannot be replayed into your account.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details go to Stripe directly and never touch our servers. We store the amount, the item purchased and Stripe identifiers so we can show you a receipt and honour refunds.
We send sign-in links, purchase receipts and the alerts you configure. Alert emails are sent only for searches you saved yourself, and each saved search can be removed from your account page at any time.
Listing data
Listing information is aggregated from public sources and owner submissions. Broker contact details shown after an unlock come from the public listing page. If you are a broker and want your details removed, contact us and we will remove them.
Deletion
Ask us and we will delete your account and everything attached to it: saved searches, unlock history, credit ledger and sessions. Purchase records are retained only as long as tax and accounting rules require.
